pub struct HeuristicClassifier {
pub document_token_threshold: usize,
pub reasoning_token_threshold: usize,
}Expand description
Heuristic prompt classifier.
Uses lightweight, allocation-free checks to classify a prompt without
calling any external model. For production use, swap in an embedding-based
classifier via PromptClassifier trait implementations.
Fields§
§document_token_threshold: usizeMinimum token-estimate for a prompt to be treated as a Document.
reasoning_token_threshold: usizeMinimum token-estimate for reasoning (above FAQ, below document).
Implementations§
Source§impl HeuristicClassifier
impl HeuristicClassifier
Sourcepub fn classify(&self, prompt: &str) -> PromptClass
pub fn classify(&self, prompt: &str) -> PromptClass
Classify a prompt text into a PromptClass.
Classification is purely heuristic and fast (~50 ns).
