Model identifier.

Chain priority.

§failures: u32

Consecutive failure count since last success.

§in_cooldown: bool

Whether the model is currently in its cooldown window.

§cooldown_remaining_secs: Option<u64>

Seconds remaining on the cooldown, if applicable.
