A single audit log entry recording one inference request/response pair.

Fields

id: u64

Monotonically increasing entry identifier within this log instance.

timestamp: DateTime<Utc>

UTC timestamp at which the request was received.

model_id: String

Model identifier (e.g. "claude-3-5-sonnet", "gpt-4o").

input: String

The raw prompt / input text sent to the model.

output: Vec<String>

One or more output tokens/chunks returned by the model.

latency_ms: u64

End-to-end latency in milliseconds.

cache_hit: bool

Whether the response was served from a local cache.

tags: Vec<String>

Arbitrary string tags for grouping / filtering (e.g. "prod", "user:abc").
